Looking to improve your splits, perfect your bridges, or find new ways to pursue a beneficial stretching practice?  Develop healthy stretching techniques and further your flexibility goals through a blend of active flexibility exercises, PNF stretching, and targeted passive stretches.  I enjoy teaching students of all ages (from 0 to 100 years old), professions, and flexibility levels!   In my classes I focuses on overall improvement of not just flexibility but also control, balance, and strength.  As a coach, I am always pursuing long term results for my students, with the goal of pursuing longevity and a healthy stretching practice free of pain.    

 

This is an online private class!  It is open level (all ages, all abilities welcome) and can be organized at a time that suits your schedule.  Please see my hours of availability below to verify scheduling timing!
